Parkinson Canada SuperWalk is our chance to come together. A chance to help all Canadians living with Parkinson's. A chance to show that a diagnosis doesn't stop us from living.
It impacts everyone differently and effects entire families who must cope with things being outside of their control. If you or someone you know has Parkinson’s this is something you know well, and you don’t let obstacles stand in your way.
One thing constant in the Parkinson’s journey is change and Coronavirus (COVID-19) has meant change for a lot of us. You adapt, and we adapt with you. Learn all the important ways that SuperWalk is changing to support you better.
This summer, we're focusing on keeping Canadians moving through Parkinson Canada SuperWalk: The Movement. We may not walk together in September but we will walk united. Until then, we challenge you to stay active and well. SuperWalk: The Movement focuses on achieving 150 minutes of activity a week, per CSEP guidelines. Review SuperWalk: The Movement resources to help you stay active and earn exclusive opportunities this summer.
Our message for participants this year is simple. We walk together on the path to end Parkinson's: No Matter What.
